The only teacher in this version mentioned (to my knowledge) was the homeroom teacher, Ms. Kaori Yamada. Not much is known about what she was like, but it was obvious that she cared for her students, as she "didn't want to see which was her last student to die."
When the class were chosen for The Program, it was clear that Kaori Yamada didn't know that it was going to happen (unlike Kasumi Ren in V3) as she was said to be screaming in the introduction post. Forced to watch her students fight to the death, Kaori Yamada could do nothing but wait.
It is unknown what happened to Kaori Yamada at the end of V5, as she isn't mentioned after the final report. Considering Kasumi Ren's callous nature, she may have been murdered by her before Shiori Nagashima got back (as she isn't mentioned in the winner's post).
V6OC
This time around, the students' homeroom teacher was Mr. Katsuya Tanaka (no relation to the Kyo Tanaka of that version). Again, he was the only teacher mentioned (to my knowledge) and didn't play a large part in the version overall.
At the beginning, Katsuya Tanaka was not present - he later joined Kasumi Ren, however, in watching the students fight to the death and constantly assured her that "they'd do better" when there had been a lapse in kills.

Mr. Kojiro Ashida
Mr. Kojiro Ashida marked the first time a homeroom teacher was actually killed in an OC round. When he woke up, he quickly protested his students involvment in The Program, but met a swift end by the hand of the soldiers.
Kyousuke Matano
Although Kyousuke Matano doesn't teach a subject at the school, he is always there to listen to the students' problems. Whether they are just too aggresive and anti-social or they've simply seen something a little too fucked up in their past, OR IF THEY KILLED THEIR BROTHER, he'll always be there. While you can just go see him on the fly, some students are forced to have regular meetings with him.
Mrs. Kitano
Strict. Suspected of having sexytime with Raul Montoya in the dorms.
Mrs. Obara
Like Kyousuke Matano, Mrs. Obara doesn't teach a subject at the school. Once a week, she inspects the students' rooms, looking for anything out of place, anything that shouldn't belong, the like. She even has a special UV light... 'cuz, y'know. :| She's also responible for checking on the students who don't attend class for whatever reason.
